滤光片式LED色度测量准确度影响因素研究

摘要:随着LED行业的发展,色度校正越来越受到行业关注,而高精确色度值的获取是至关重要的。基于原理不同色度计可以分为:分光辐色度计、分光光度计、三刺激值色度计,其中滤光片式三刺激值色度计在成像应用领域运用最为广泛,当前大部分研究集中在如何提高滤光片式三刺激值色度计测量精度,但结果并不能让人满意,精度极大取决于测量条件及目标物,系统稳定性和可重复性不足。本文陈述了滤光片匹配度对滤光片式三刺激值色度计精度影响程度并分析了RGB工业彩色相机测色的误差情况。

Abstract: With the development of LED industry, chroma correction is becoming more and more attention, the most important thing is to get highest precise chroma value. Based on principle colorimeter can divided into spectroradiometer,spectrophotometer and Tristimulus values colorimeter. The tristimulus filter-type colorimeters are the most widely used for imaging applications. Many studies have been conducted on how to calibrate tristimulus filter-type colorimeters, but the results are alwaysstrongly related to the calibration conditions and the target stimulus, system stability and repeatability is insufficient. In this paper we show how filters influenced filter-type colorimeters accuracy and analyze the error of RGB color industrial camera pixel-level correction.
